Review Guidelines

Who can write a review

Anyone signed in to a Prism3D account can review a product, one review per product. You can edit your review up to five times and delete it whenever you like, from the product page.

What “Verified Purchase” means

A review shows the Verified Purchase badge when we match it to a delivered Prism3D order for that product on the same account or email address. We add and remove the badge automatically: it appears once your order is delivered, and it's removed if that order is cancelled. We never add it by hand.

When your review appears

Your written review is published as soon as you post it. Photos appear after a quick check by our team, usually within a day. Until then only you can see them.

What we remove

We publish reviews as written. We only hide a review, or decline its photos, if it contains:

• abuse, hate speech, threats or harassment;
• personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses, or other people's names or faces;
• spam, advertising, or links to other shops;
• content that isn't about the product or your experience with it; or
• anything unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

What we never do

• We never hide or remove a review because it's negative.
• We never edit what you wrote.
• We never write reviews ourselves or pay anyone to write them.

Our replies

We may reply to a review publicly, especially to help with a problem. Our reply appears under your review as “Response from Prism3D”, and we send you one email the first time we reply.

Your photos

When you upload a photo we resize it and remove its hidden metadata, including any location your phone saved. If you tick “Prism3D may share my photos on the website and on Instagram”, we may feature your photo beyond your review. Otherwise it's only shown with your review.

Your name and data

Your review shows the display name you choose, such as “Priya S.”. Your email address is never shown. Deleting your account removes your reviews and photos too. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your data.
